Is Los Angeles Rams quarterback Jared Goff a fan of the Florida A&M football program?

Not that we're aware of, anyway.

So why was Goff, who played at Cal, wearing a Rattlers T-shirt while standing at a podium taking questions from the media following Wednesday's Rams practice?

The question of where Goff, the top overall pick in the 2016 draft, got the shirt and his connection to FAMU, was a popular one on social media for the next few hours.

Until Jordan Culver of the Tallahassee Democrat appeared to solve the mystery.

The likely connection, Culver reported, is Byron Cunningham, the Rams' physical therapist and assistant athletic trainer. Cunningham graduated from FAMU in 1998.
