ST. PETERSBURG — The fourth Culver's restaurant in Pinellas County is slated to open at 498 91st Ave. on the Fourth Street N corridor by mid-June, franchise owner Matt Stuligross said.

Culver's, known for its frozen custards and butter burgers, operates 35 franchises in Florida. "The state's been very nice to us," said Paul Pitas of the Wisconsin-based company.

Stuligross, whose company operates other Culver's franchises in Florida, said they look forward to the new location.

"St. Petersburg is a thriving community and it's growing," he said.
